What's that? Change is inevitable, you say?

Well, I think we've hit the max amount for one month. New puppy, new kid, new high speed internet (with wifi, FINALLY), and this week we switched from Directv to Dish Network. So now the Russian has to relearn all of his favorite tv channels, but to make up for it I signed us up for dvr service, so he can record all of his favorite woodworking shows that are on at 3am. (Of course, now we're actually UP at 3am with Will, but someday that will end, right?)

The baby is doing great, growing like a little weed, eating like a little piggy, and pretty happy overall. He doesn't like baths, but I guess most babies don't. We're lucky in that he doesn't spit up his formula, and he doesn't mind drinking it straight out of the fridge, so no bottle warming at our house. He sleeps most of the time, but he's starting to be more alert now. Can hardly wait for him to start babbling and moving around a little more! He had his first visit to the pediatrician Wednesday and he's gained 11 ounces so far!

Plans for the weekend: sewing with the girls tomorrow morning, open house Sunday (oh right...one more change, maybe. House around the corner is for sale, I want to buy it) I think that's it.

New puppy (Roscoe) is doing okay, he's still a little crazy and Alice is teaching him his manners. He is definitely a high energy dog.

Cats aren't sure what to make of baby Will, they want to sit next to him, but when he moves they take off.

New laptop is great, Vista is ok, runs fine with 3 gigs of ram, wouldn't recommend less. I have the Wii and the DS hooked up to the wireless, everything is playing nicely so far, other than a minor problem I'm having getting Wii updates, but I think I can fix that maybe tonight.

Getting really excited about Lolla, less than a month now! My Mom is going to come and baby sit the pets and Will (except for Roscoe, who must be kenneled). I've heard Radiohead's current tour's light show is worth seeing, trying to decide how close I want to be. I don't like the idea of camping out all day, so we'll probably end up somewhere in the middle. All but given up hope on seeing Jane's ever again. :(

Overall, everything is fine at the Kimble house.
