New in 2009: Snow dyeing!  I've been dyeing fabric with snow, which as it turns out, gives some pretty good results. I have more info about this on my Facebook page (which is something I never thought I'd say, but whatever).

The Darkroom:  Things here are still moving along. I've unloaded my extra enlargers now, so I'm down to the Beseler 45MCX and 2 Omega B22's. BTW, if you have a Beseler Negatrans with a bad o-ring, you can get a .1 by 6.75" or 7", and it works great.  That's for 35mm, no idea if the other sizes use the same ring.  Anyway, I've been doing some interesting work lately for Pop, who ran into a whole collection of old negatives at his old house in Kansas City.

My mom and I are still making turbans.  We've given away almost 700 of them!

I'm still sewing every chance I get.  And Carl's mom taught me to knit in 2005.  I have a guilt complex when it comes to knitting, because I'm not very good at it yet, and I feel sort of like it's a waste of time. My solution to this is to take my knitting with me to auctions!  I can get lots of work done while we're waiting for an interesting item to come up for bid.
