I signed up for a knitting class yesterday. I'm wondering if I shouldn't have just ordered the dvd from knittinghelp.com, though. Her videos are really good and I could watch them over and over if I needed to. Maybe I'll order them, anyway.
Last night was pretty quiet. We went to the Network class, and sometime over the next week we're supposed to find out what our passion is.
Here's today's question: Imagine that you and I are meeting for the first time. In the course of the conversation, we talk about a variety of topics. Then we turn to a new subject. As you are talking to me about it, you start speaking a little faster. You lean forward. You become increasingly animated. Your voice goes up a little. Your passion may be indicated by more active body language. You are talking about a subject that could keep you up late at night. It's the topic that would cause you to jump out of bed in the morning. What are we talking about?
My problem is that this could be many things for me...sewing, my dogs, saltwater fish, geocaching, even knitting (and trust me, I'm just not that good at that). I think that my passion might turn out to be sewing, or quilting, but that doesn't seem like enough. We'll see :)
I need to call and see about getting Mama Tanya a gift certificate for mother's day, and I'll probably hit Hallmark on my way to lunch for cards. I need to mail them out today.
