I made 63 tiropetas last night (cheese triangles for the un-Greeks of you). If I ever see another block of feta cheese it will probably be too soon. Oh wait, I still have a half pound left in my fridge.
Oh well, maybe Carl will eat it while I'm out of town this weekend.
I leave tonight after work for my mom's. Spending the night there, and leaving in the morning around 7, I think. This would normally put us in Nashville somewhere between 10 and 10:30, but we're going to shop our way there, natch.
So glad to have the blog back and working, it had to be restored, so I'm missing the first few entries from this month, but I'm sure you'll all survive. ;)
Today is the day I reprogram the gps to have all of the waypoints for the trip. This means I have to clean off a bunch of old geocaching stuff and make sure the current map I have loaded will go that far. Guess I'll be busy with that for awhile!
